Terms governing the Daily Dough website, bakery products, online orders, catering, and related bakery services.
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to the Daily Dough website and your purchase or use of bakery products, catering, online and in-store orders, and related offerings. By browsing the website, placing an order, visiting our bakery, or arranging catering, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order. Daily Dough operates a bakery at St. James's Gate, Dublin 8, D08 VF8H, Ireland. Questions may be directed to [email protected] or +35314084800.
You must be at least eighteen years old, or acting with parental authority where permitted, and legally able to enter a contract to place online orders or create an account. You agree to provide accurate contact, delivery, billing, and order details and to keep them current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting login credentials. If you order for another person or organisation, you must ensure you are authorised to provide their information.
Daily Dough offers fresh bread, pastries, cakes, sandwiches, seasonal specials, beverages, and related bakery goods, plus catering for offices, events, and celebrations. Product availability depends on ingredient supply, baking schedules, seasonal menus, and demand. Photographs and descriptions are illustrative; finished products may vary slightly in appearance or decoration while remaining substantially as described.
Many bakery products contain or may contain allergens including gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, mustard, celery, sulphites, and other substances. Cross-contact can occur in a busy bakery kitchen even when a product is not intended to include a particular allergen. We provide allergen information on labels, menus, and upon request. Customers with allergies should speak with our team before ordering and review allergen information carefully. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Online orders may be available for collection or delivery where offered. Cut-off times, collection windows, delivery areas, and minimums will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team. You must provide a complete delivery address, contact number, and any access instructions needed for successful delivery. If nobody is available to receive a delivery and we cannot leave the order safely as agreed, we may attempt to contact you; Irish consumer law still applies where relevant.
We may decline or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, incomplete, impractical to fulfil, or outside our delivery area. If we cancel for reasons within our control after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items. Collection orders should be collected within the stated window; uncollected perishable goods may be discarded without refund after a reasonable waiting period.
Catering and custom celebration orders often require advance notice, deposits, and written confirmation of quantities, flavours, dietary needs, timing, and decoration details. Changes requested after confirmation may not be possible or may incur additional charges. Cancellation of catering or custom orders may result in retention of the deposit or charges for ingredients and labour already incurred, subject to Irish consumer law. Please notify us promptly of any catering concern so we can investigate and offer a replacement, credit, or partial refund where appropriate.
Prices are shown in euro and may change before you complete a purchase. Applicable VAT, delivery fees, discounts, and promotion conditions will be presented at checkout or confirmed for catering quotes. You authorise Daily Dough and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide. If a payment is declined, reversed, or disputed without valid basis, we may suspend fulfilment and seek payment. We may correct obvious pricing or clerical errors and cancel an affected transaction with a refund of amounts paid.
Coupons, loyalty rewards, gift cards, and promotional codes may have expiration dates, minimum spend requirements, exclusions, or other stated conditions. They have no cash value unless required by law, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn when fraud or error is suspected. Because bakery goods are perishable, completed sales of fresh products are generally non-refundable once collected or delivered in satisfactory condition. If you believe products were not as described, arrived damaged, or were unsuitable at supply, contact us promptly with the order details and date so we can investigate and consider a replacement, credit, or refund in line with Irish consumer rights.
You may use the website for lawful ordering purposes. You may not disrupt systems, bypass security, scrape at a harmful rate, submit malicious code, impersonate others, misuse forms, or use content unlawfully. Daily Dough names, logos, photographs, proprietary recipes, text, and designs are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, modified, sold, or commercially exploited without permission.
The website and bakery services are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, continuous product availability, or that bakery goods will meet every taste preference. Fresh baked goods have a limited shelf life and should be stored as advised. To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Daily Dough is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, except that nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where law requires a greater remedy.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections for consumers in Ireland or the European Union. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable chance to resolve it. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
